SUP Adventure Therapy for girls & women: 2 hour counselling session on stand up paddle-boards. Now, that’s what we call a board meeting!
With your counsellor, you will create an initial plan during the first intake session.
Please note that you do not have to be an athlete to participate in Adventure Therapy. Your counsellor will work alongside you to create a counselling session that is perfect for you and your comfort level.
Equipment can be provided, or you may bring your own, all we ask is that you open your mind to a new experience of holistic healing, and maybe have some fun or learn a new activity as a bonus!
2 Hours Adventure Therapy with a registered counsellor
All equipment required
You will need to bring:
– Clothes that can get wet!
– Layers of dry clothing (tshirt, mid layer, jacket, hat) for after
– Sunglasses
– Water
– Lunch & snacks
